Refund Policy

If you change your mind

To be eligible for a full refund if you change your mind:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged see below).

If the print arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please return the item and use the form on the contact page.  

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you whether your return has been accepted.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
